How it works
We talk on the phone
Thirty minutes. You tell me about your idea. I ask questions. I tell you honestly whether I can help and what it would cost. If it's not a fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
I build it
You don't have to do anything except answer a few questions and send me some photos if you have them. If you don't have photos, we'll figure that out too.
I show you how to use it
We sit down — in person, on the phone, or on Zoom — and I walk you through it. If we do a Zoom call, I can record it so you can watch it again. I also mail you a printed page with the steps written out, so it's sitting next to your computer when you need it.
You call me if you're stuck
For the first 30 days, call me as many times as you want. There is no such thing as a dumb question here.

I'm really not good with computers. Is that a problem?
No. That's the entire reason this exists. You don't have to build anything or learn anything. If you can answer a phone, we can do this.
What if I forget how to use it?
Call me. That's what the 30 days are for — and honestly, after that too. I'm not going to charge you for a five-minute phone call.
Do I have to pay every month?
No. You pay once. There are a couple of small unavoidable costs that go to other companies — your website address is usually around $15–20 a year, for example — and I'll tell you exactly what those are before you commit. Nothing is hidden.
What if I don't even know if my idea is any good?
Then call me and let's talk about it. I'll tell you what I think. If I don't think it's ready, I'll say that and I won't take your money.
Can my son or daughter sit in on the call?
Please bring them. It's a good idea and it makes everyone more comfortable.
Are you going to sell my information?
No. Never.
